Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.

Because many of our products are paper goods, craft supplies, limited-quantity items, event seats, digital/printable items, and specialty inventory, Gather Crop Create does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged Orders or Order Errors

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with the items you received, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Events, Crops, Classes & Workshops

Event, crop, class, and workshop purchases are final unless Gather Crop Create cancels or reschedules the event.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
