Gather Crop Create LLC ("we," "us") operates gathercropcreate.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Email list signups. Your first name and email address. That is all the form asks for.
- Orders. When you buy something, checkout is handled by Square. Square collects your name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Site analytics. Google Analytics collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser, and referring site.
- Cart data. Items you add to your cart are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
How we use it
To fill and deliver your orders, answer your questions, send new arrival, event and store news if you asked for it, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the store work: Square (payments, orders, customer records), Google (analytics and our customer list spreadsheet), and shipping carriers when an order is mailed. Each has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage for analytics and to remember your cart. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the cart will stop remembering your items if you do.
Email and text messages
You only receive marketing email if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you give us your phone number during an order, we may text you about that order.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it. Some order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
